Employer led Training
Penshaw View work with a wide range of employers from various sectors including call centre, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and leisure. All of our employer-led courses are based upon the recruitment needs of our employer client. We do not train for trainings sake and will only offer training programmes if there are jobs available upon course completion. We work with the employer to create a bespoke package, to develop the skills needed for their business, creating the ideal candidate for the employer. All successful candidates will gain a qualification in Developing Own Interpersonal Skills. These employer-led courses are designed to improve chances of gaining successful employment, by developing the necessary skills that our clients are looking for.
Penshaw View can also provide pre-employability training for those candidates who are not yet job-ready. This accredited course can help those who have been long-term unemployed or who have never been employed previously. The course is designed to teach candidates the core competencies of the working environment, developing skills which will help them to gain and sustain successful employment.
Penshaw View Training offer apprenticeship training programs in various areas. If you are interested in developing current or new skill sets, please get in touch.
